

Subject to volunteer tour guide availability we’re happy to offer private tours of Park Hill all year round for groups and organisations. However, please note that Saturdays between April and September are reserved for our scheduled public tours and Heritage Open Days, therefore we are unable to run any private tours on those dates.
Our private tours normally last approximately 90 minutes, follow the same route and cover the same content as our public tours. We can adjust the duration and content as required to fit your group. We are unable to accommodate more than 15 people inside the building at any one time. So if your group is larger than this we may need to split into smaller groups or stagger start times to minimise inconvenience for residents.
Private tours cost £10 per person for groups larger than 10. For groups smaller than this there is a fixed fee of £100. An invoice will be issued once the tour date and participant numbers are confirmed, to be paid prior to the tour date. We do not offer any discounts unless you require an abridged version of the tour.
